“This new label from Margaret River’s Devil’s Lair is aimed at enthusiast who “know what they like but are looking to explore something different,” says chief winemaker Oliver Crawford. It’s a medium bodied white that combines sauvignon blanc with chenin blanc, the latter to add texture and length. It’s fresh, tropical, citrusy and very food-friendly.”
